1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day (typically Monday).
2. Delivery of Products

Orders are shipped from our warehouses, third-party fulfillment centers, or offices located across India.

Dispatch is usually completed within 5–7 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Deliveries are handled by our team or trusted third-party courier partners between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).

A signature is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for items signed for by individuals other than the customer at the provided address.

We are not liable for any product damage after successful delivery.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Please review and confirm your address carefully during checkout.
4. Reporting Damaged or Missing Items

Any shortage, damage, or discrepancy must be reported on the same day of delivery at cs@gotunez.com.

Please note the issue on the proof of delivery (POD) and return it to the delivery personnel.

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, report this within 24 hours. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be processed.
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling fees vary based on product type, size, weight, packaging, and destination.

All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website using the tracking number.
7. Delivery via Registered Courier Services

All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services or Speed Post.

Standard delivery time is up to 7 days from the date of order/payment, unless otherwise specified.

Delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities are beyond our control.
8. Shipping Cost Refunds
Shipping charges collected by the seller or the Platform Owner are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise under a specific promotional or return policy.
