Tunez Warranty Guidelines
1. Product Registration
Customers must register their Tunez product on the official website to activate the warranty.

2. Warranty Eligibility

The Tunez warranty is applicable only to the first purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty services are limited to product replacement and are provided at the sole discretion of Tunez.
3. Proof of Purchase
To avail warranty services, the original proof of purchase must include:

Name and address of the seller

Date and place of purchase

GST number
Tunez reserves the right to refuse warranty support if the required proof of purchase is not provided.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If the issue cannot be resolved through call or email:

You will be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Share the tracking details with the Tunez customer service team.

Tunez is not responsible for loss or damage during transit when the customer self-ships the product.

Ensure the product is packed safely before shipping.
5. Data Responsibility
If your product contains any data:

Please take a full backup before sending it for replacement.

Tunez will not be held responsible for any data loss.
6. Warranty Coverage

Warranty covers replacement only for the reported fault.

Tunez does not provide compensation or replacement for:

Skin rashes or allergies caused due to product usage

Any personal discomfort issues

If a replacement product is unavailable:

An upgraded model of equivalent price will be offered.

Refunds or gift cards are not applicable.

The warranty will continue based on the original purchase date.
Cases Not Covered Under Warranty
Warranty is not applicable in the following situations:
1. Improper Usage

Product not used as per the instruction manual

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs

Misuse or mishandling of the product

Damage caused by pests, rodents, pets

Accidental or incidental damage

Liquid spills or water damage

Exposure to extreme temperature or weather conditions

Using non-specified or incompatible chargers

Broken or cut wires
2. External & Environmental Damage

Damage arising from lightning or abnormal voltage

Damage caused by external factors beyond the company’s control
3. Normal Wear & Tear

Colour fading or peeling due to regular use

Surface wear due to aging
4. Warranty Expiry

The warranty automatically expires after the specified period, as mentioned in the Warranty Card/User Manual, even if the product has not been used.
